In the late 80's, while at Landmark Entertainment Group, Jefferson designed a master plan for a Coney Island make-over.
The redesign would highlight and recreate some of the infamous Coney Island rides in Luna Park and Dreamland such as the Steeplechase and Parachute Jump.
